Salt Lake City’s finest Mexican restaurant is definitely Red Iguana. Every time I go, I have an amazing meal. It’s no wonder it consistently wins Best of the Utah from City Weekly. If you live in Salt Lake or just visiting, Red Iguana is definitely the best Mexican restaurant in Salt Lake City. Red Iguana is on North Temple, just East of the Utah Fairgrounds at 736 West, North Temple.
