The owners of Salt Lake City’s bright yellow ”Chow Truck” had always planned on moving from place to place to serve their tacos and sliders with an Asian twist.
But a Salt Lake City ordinance is forcing the food vendor to move every two hours or be cited.
Owners SuAnn Chow and Roseann Ruiz have a meeting with the city’s small business advisory board today to discuss the rule and propose some reasonable changes.
